We are looking to hire Sr. Director Finance – Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) to provide leadership to a team of finance professionals to make strategic finance decisions for the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) business, a Strategic Global Business Unit (GBE) within Honeywell. You will have an opportunity to participate to design and drive financial landscape, speed, quality and reporting. You will play a key role in driving factory productivity, ensuring a robust review process around direct material and value engineering savings and implementing key finance strategies to achieve committed business performance including inventory management. You will partner with Honeywell business leaders and drive key finance initiatives and decisions.
Key responsibilities:
Financial Management for a global network of 25 Manufacturing sites
Finance Partner for Operations VP, Strategic Sourcing and Planning Leaders
Lead a global team of Finance Professionals
Implement work standardization across the global network
Establish robust Finance processes and implement strong internal controls
Responsible for annual Budget, Forecasting and Performance analysis
Drive factory productivity and improvement of Working Capital and CAPEX
Monitor cost development (material cost, direct and indirect labor, indirect spend)
Standard costing, absorption monitoring, inventory valuation
Financial support for Supply- and Materials Planning and Procurement
Full end-to-end Finance responsibility for one of PPE’s line of business
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business
10 years of relevant experience including cost accounting and highly matrixed manufacturing environments
2 years managing a team
