Utilizes processes, resources and systems in support of Tevaâ€™s business. Carries out analytical tasks, Delphi data entry and other assignments related to product sales and shipments, inventories, customer contractual requirements, GPO compliance, supply chain performance, operational metrics, and the administration of pricing requests and submissions. Serves as a capability asset and knowledge resource in support of the companyâ€™s US commercial portfolio.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage processes, prepare reports and conduct analyses across multiple product categories and customer classes of trade
Review and analyze reports related to wholesaler, GPO, retailer and specialty pharmacy sales; product inventory, and contract compliance
Oversee data administration for generic product competitive pricing requests, Delphi entries, new business opportunities and one time product purchases
Product Life Cycle Management (Product deletions, Product Recalls, NDC changes, etc.)
Quarter & Year End inventory / opportunity analysis
Support sales team with customer communications as needed
Follows Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures
Other projects and duties as required/assigned
Bachelorâ€™s Degree in Business, Supply Chain or other related discipline
2 yearsâ€™ experience in Pharmaceutical Industry with a Pharmaceutical Manufacturer or Wholesaler
Sales data analytics and/or reporting
Specialized or Technical Knowledge Licenses, Certifications needed:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Previous experience using Oracle, SAP, ValueTrak, or Delphi preferred.
Company/Industry Related Knowledge:
Generic and /or Specialty pharmaceutical knowledge preferred
