Excellent communication skills are a key requirement including the ability to write professionally and deliver compelling presentations. Team Description Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud product marketing team defines the go-to-market, messaging and positioning for the disciplines of Product Lifecycle Management, Planning and Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Logistics and Procurement for the Oracle Cloud Business Group. Product Marketing works collaboratively with several organizations across the company to define the appropriate marketing mix, strategy and execution of global go-to-market initiatives. Key activities include market analysis, message creation, creating presentations and white papers, web copy, sales enablement and social media outreach and executing on a structured approach to selling that empowers all global sales teams to achieve revenue targets. The right candidate will help drive sales execution, awareness and demand generation for Oracle’s modern, digital procurement cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities The product marketing manager develops expertise in supply chain management particularly in the Order Management and Inventory Management cloud products and is responsible for the following: Go-to-Market Strategy Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and plans by product, sales play and target audience.Analyze current market position and recommend ways to boost market share, considering market and industry segmentation.Collaborate with Product Strategy to ensure plans and marketing materials properly support product capabilities and key differentiators, product roadmap and releases. Positioning and Messaging Develop sales assets including playbooks, battlecards and elevator pitches aimed at strategic opportunities while enabling sales teams to execute revenue generation initiatives.Create compelling and differentiated product content including competitive analyses, white papers, customer testimonials, infographics and social media copy.Distill key product functionality and capabilities into compelling benefits and core marketing messages. Demand Generation Coordinate with various marketing teams including field marketing, corporate communications and business development to ensure successful execution of various demand generation activities such as events, web seminars, direct marketing and sales play execution.Manage product messaging, positioning and ensure consistency across deliverables Preferred Qualifications Knowledge and background in Supply Chain, knowledge of Order Management and Inventory a plus.Expertise and proven track record of successfully marketing enterprise SaaS applicationsProven positioning and messaging skillsExperience in writing compelling, high quality documents and other content within short deadlines.Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skillsA team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive completion of deliverables.Motivated individual with the ability to prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field; MBA preferred Work Location Must be willing to work in Oracle’s Redwood City headquarters','!*!Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market. As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables. Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Thrives in fast paced environment Team player.
