Logistics Engineering Jobs
The most known logistics engineering positions are positions like logistics engineering manager, logistics engineering assistant, logistics engineering professional and logistics engineer. A logistics engineering professional is responsible for developing initial logistics supportability analysis data deliverables; interfacing with customer and suppliers to support the development of a global logistics sustainment infrastructure; conducting depot hardware/software harmonization; troubleshooting technical problems in logistics information systems; advising maintenance of various logistics equipments; maintaining a database of important information on the subject; and performing various other tasks. A logistics engineering professional typically reports to a logistics manager.
A logistics engineering professional should have an associate’s degree in a relevant area. Excellent academic credentials are required. Prior experience working as a logistics engineering professional is may be helpful. Ability to perform maintenance of various hardware or software components may be required depending on the role.
